The Swan Italian Sporting Club has areas for hire for your parties, dinners, wedding receptions, end of year functions, conferences, wakes, concerts, quiz nights and more. The club hires its Main Hall and Bar Function Area for, private functions and club events. Please see the floor plan of areas for hire. We are a fully licensed venue (no BYO) this includes the Main Hall and The Bar Area. The three grassed areas can also be booked for twilight fairs, car shows, dog shows, sporting events. The main hall can also be rented for weekly classes, such as line dancing, Judo, exercise classes and more.
BAR FUNCTION AREA. The bar area seats approximately 100 people. It is an air conditioned, carpeted space with a timber dance floor. The fully licensed bar sells : beer, spirits, wine and soft drinks, also food from our Kitchen see the menu board. In the bar area there is a pool table, Foosball table and gaming machines. Tables and seating can be set up to suit your event.
MAIN HALL. The main hall seats approximately 600 people. The entry foyer allows you to greet your guests and it is ideal for ticketing before pre sale booking events. The hall has a spacious stage, a servery area with hatch into hall. Tables and seating can be set up to suit your event. The main entry to the Hall has a drive through colonnade for your VIPs to arrive on the door step in style.
KITCHEN. We can cater for your event or you can hire our kitchen and organise your own catering.
PARKING. Parking is readily available on site.
Venue may be inspected during office hours by appointment.
